Yichen Xie joined BT in 2016. Yichen oversees Corporate Operations, including Leasing, Property Management, Technology, and companywide initiatives. Yichen has been a pivotal leader at Bridge Tower for more than eight years, starting her journey with the company in 2016 after completing her Bachelor’s in Urban Planning, and Master’s in Land and Property Development From Texas A&M University.
James Wrigg joined BT in 2023 and oversees Construction Operations, Purchasing, and Warranty. Prior to BT, James was the VP of Construction at Perry Homes, where he led initiatives that achieved top-tier gross margins and implemented a company-wide transition to Power BI.
Jackson is the Founder and Managing Partner at Bridge Tower, with over 29 years of experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Before founding Bridge Tower, Jackson held various positions in the financial industry with firms such as Goldman Sachs, Cramer Rosenthal, Othello Capital, and Robeco Bank. Alongside George Huang, Jackson oversees all aspects of Bridge Tower with core responsibility for acquisition, development, construction, property operations, and investor relations. Jackson holds a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
West Rathbun joined BT in 2024 and oversees leasing operations for Bridge Tower’s communities. Prior to joining BT, West was the Regional Manager for the Billingsley Company, where he boosted leasing conversion rates by over 30% within two years and maintained occupancy levels above 95%, earning multiple company awards.
Emily Ong joined BT in 2017. Emily oversees the Corporate Finance and Accountant teams that manage audits, payroll, treasury, and SOX. Emily has over 30 years of expertise in accounting and finance across multiple industries, including 10 years at NEC Corporation of America prior to joining Bridge Tower.
George is the Founder and Managing Partner at Bridge Tower, with nearly 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Before founding Bridge Tower, George held various positions in the financial industry with firms such as Stansberry Research and Sabretooth Capital. Alongside Jackson Su, George oversees all aspects of Bridge Tower with core responsibility for acquisition, finance, accounting, asset management, and investor relations. George holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Science from the University of British Columbia.
Christine joined BT in 2015 and is responsible for asset management, investor reporting, and due diligence. Christine has acquired and financed over $500 million in Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Rental (SFR) assets.
Bob joined BT in 2022 and oversees entitlement and development for Bridge Tower Homes. He brings over two decades of civil engineering expertise to help develop infrastructure projects across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas. Prior to joining BT, Bob held the position of VP and General Manager for Johnson Development’s award-winning Trinity Falls master-planned community in McKinney, TX.
Shaivali Desai joined BT in 2022 and oversees entitlement, community planning, and design. Shaivali leverages her architect degree and 25 years of design and construction experience with Silicon Valley projects to design beautiful and efficient communities for Bridge Tower Homes.
Derek Davis joined BT in 2024 and oversees the Construction and Warranty teams. Derek brings over 6 years of construction experience and an additional 9 years of award-winning management experience at Firestone. Prior to joining BT, Derek was a Project Manager at Perry Homes where he led his team to the fastest build day average in Dallas.
Jody joined BT in 2021 and oversees accounting and finance teams at Bridge Tower Homes. Jody is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and government contracting. Prior to BT she founded ART Response Team Inc., a $50 million enterprise serving FEMA, SBA, and FDIC.
Holly Abouk joined BT in 2021 and leads the Human Resources team supporting Bridge Tower’s employees. Holly’s responsibilities encompass recruiting, compliance, training and development, compensation, performance management, and HR policies. With over 17 years of management experience across diverse industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, real estate, and customer service, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
