Brad Bogovich joined Bridge Tower in 2026 and leads construction operations across the company’s homebuilding business. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading high-volume construction teams, regional operations, P&Ls, and market expansion. His background spans construction, sales, purchasing, budgeting, quality, and field leadership, including operations supporting more than 600 homes annually.
Zech Hampton oversees land acquisition for Bridge Tower, where he is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land opportunities that support future communities. Through strong relationships with master-planned community developers and in-depth local market knowledge, Zech helps position Bridge Tower in communities that provide homeowners with a balanced blend of lifestyle, convenience, and everyday essentials.
Yichen Xie joined BT in 2016. Yichen oversees Corporate Operations, including Leasing, Property Management, Technology, and companywide initiatives. Yichen has been a pivotal leader at Bridge Tower for more than eight years, starting her journey with the company in 2016 after completing her Bachelor’s in Urban Planning, and Master’s in Land and Property Development From Texas A&M University.
James Wrigg joined BT in 2023 and oversees Construction Operations, Purchasing, and Warranty. Prior to BT, James was the VP of Construction at Perry Homes, where he led initiatives that achieved top-tier gross margins and implemented a company-wide transition to Power BI.
Jackson Su is a Founding Partner of Bridge Tower, where he leads investment strategy, acquisitions, and operational execution across the firm’s residential platform. Since co-founding the company in 2013, he has overseen the acquisition and management of more than 6,000 single-family and multifamily properties. His approach combines rigorous risk management with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring assets are both strategically acquired and efficiently managed to drive long-term value.
West Rathbun joined Bridge Tower in 2024 and leads leasing operations for the company’s build-to-rent portfolio. With over a decade of experience in multifamily property operations, West has consistently driven strong occupancy, renewal, and NOI outcomes across stabilized and lease-up communities. At Billingsley Company, he managed a 2,400+ unit portfolio, improved leasing conversion rates by over 30%, and sustained 95%+ occupancy—earning multiple awards for retention and financial performance. His leadership in leasing strategy and resident experience continues to build upon Bridge Tower’s strong operational foundation, supporting long-term stability, tenant satisfaction, and financial efficiency.
Emily Ong joined Bridge Tower in 2017 and leads corporate finance, treasury, and compliance functions. With more than three decades of experience in finance and accounting, Emily brings deep expertise in financial reporting, SOX compliance, and audit management. Her background includes over 9 years at NEC Corporation of America, where she supported large-scale corporate accounting initiatives. At Bridge Tower, she has played a key role in improving financial transparency, strengthening internal controls, and managing audit and treasury operations across the organization.
George Huang is a Founding Partner of Bridge Tower, where he leads investor relations, capital strategy, and financial oversight across the firm’s residential platform. Since co-founding the company in 2013, he has built and maintained relationships with banks and investors, supporting multiple funds that own over 6,000 homes throughout the Sunbelt. His background spans institutional investing, healthcare-focused research, and corporate transactions, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to capital formation and long-term portfolio growth.
Christine joined BT in 2015 and is responsible for asset management, investor reporting, and due diligence. Christine has acquired and financed over $500 million in Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Rental (SFR) assets.
Bob joined Bridge Tower in 2022 and oversees entitlement and development for Bridge Tower Homes. He brings over two decades of civil engineering expertise to help develop infrastructure projects across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas. Prior to joining BT, Bob held the position of VP and General Manager for Johnson Development’s award-winning Trinity Falls master-planned community in McKinney, TX.
Shaivali Desai joined Bridge Tower in 2022 to lead entitlement, community planning, and design initiatives. With an architectural background and over 25 years of experience across Silicon Valley and Texas, she brings a design-first approach to development. Her work spans multifamily, mixed-use, and master-planned communities, and she has extensive expertise in due diligence, permitting, and cross-functional coordination.
Derek Davis joined BT in 2024 and oversees the Construction and Warranty teams. Derek brings over 6 years of construction experience and an additional 9 years of award-winning management experience at Firestone. Prior to joining BT, Derek was a Project Manager at Perry Homes where he led his team to the fastest build day average in Dallas.
Jody Blanchard joined Bridge Tower in 2021 and oversees financial operations for the construction division. She is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and government contracting. Prior to joining Bridge Tower, Jody founded and scaled A.R.T. Response Team, a $50 million enterprise securing contracts with FEMA, SBA, and FDIC. Her career spans startups to large-scale federal contracts, with a focus on building scalable accounting systems, driving audit readiness, and reducing financial risk. At Bridge Tower, she plays a critical role in enhancing transparency, formalizing risk mitigation practices, and implementing systems that support investor confidence and operational growth.
Holly Abouk joined Bridge Tower in 2021 to lead Human Resources and has built the function to support a growing, multi-state organization. With 15+ years of experience across aerospace, manufacturing, property management, and development, she oversees workforce strategy, payroll, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and HR systems. Her approach combines strong operating structure with practical adaptability, helping leadership align teams, accountability, and compensation with business needs. She has played a key role in shaping a performance-driven culture across both frontline teams and leadership.
